Agreement

By using Ilmenite you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Acceptable use

You may not use Ilmenite to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Scrape personal data without consent or lawful basis.
• Circumvent authentication, paywalls, or technical controls.
• Attack, overload, or otherwise disrupt services.
• Generate or distribute malware, spam, or phishing content.

Service level

Pro and Enterprise plans include written SLAs. Free and Developer plans are provided on a best-effort basis.

Payment and refunds

Paid plans renew monthly (or annually) until canceled. We refund pro-rated unused time on annual plans canceled within 30 days.

Termination

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or violations of acceptable use.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Ilmenite's liability is limited to fees paid in the trailing twelve months.
